Welcome to Byte SMM Pro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Byte SMM Pro website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By registering for an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Byte SMM Pro a product by ByteCraft Solutions, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
“User” or “you” means any person or entity accessing or using the Service.
“Third-Party Platforms” refers to external social-media services and APIs connected through the Service (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).
“Subscription Plan” means any paid or free plan offered for the Service.
“User Content” means any posts, media, data, or information you upload or schedule through the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.
Byte SMM Pro integrates official APIs from major platforms to enable social-media management features. These include:
Google API Services (for Google My Business and YouTube posting)
Meta API (Facebook & Instagram Graph API)
Twitter/X API
LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform API
Data Use and Permissions:
Byte SMM Pro only accesses data necessary to perform the functions you authorize (such as publishing content or retrieving analytics).
We do not sell, share, or use your social-media data for advertising or third-party marketing.
Access tokens and authentication data are stored securely and used solely to maintain your authorized connections.
Disclaimer:
Byte SMM Pro is independent of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. All logos and brand names belong to their respective owners.
If any Third-Party Platform alters its API, revokes access, or suspends your account, Byte SMM Pro is not responsible for resulting disruptions.
You must comply with each platform’s own terms (e.g., Facebook’s Developer Policy, Google API Services User Data Policy, Twitter Developer Terms, LinkedIn API Terms).
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate laws or third-party rights;
Post unauthorized, offensive, or harmful content;
Spam, harass, or mislead others;
Circumvent or interfere with API limitations or platform security.
Paid plans are billed in advance per billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
You authorize Byte SMM Pro to charge your payment method automatically each billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features with reasonable notice before your next billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing term.
You agree not to use the Service for:
Automating actions that violate any social platform’s rules;
Creating fake accounts, mass messaging, or data scraping;
Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access;
Collecting personal data without consent;
Using the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities.
All software, design, graphics, logos, and content of Byte SMM Pro are our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.
You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for other reasons (including fraud or abuse).
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete stored data as per our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byte SMM Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Byte SMM Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Byte SMM Pro and its employees, officers, and partners from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any laws.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Your use is at your own risk.
We make no warranties regarding compatibility with any Third-Party Platform or the continuity of API connections.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Wyoming, USA, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version with a new Effective Date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Byte SMM Pro.
